While at the Quilt Market in Houston last October, I discovered the Quilt Pounce Pads which are a breeze to use with the FULL LINE STENCILS and provide very effective results.
The ULTIMATE WHITE POUNCE PAD is filled with chalk which has a by-product that adheres the chalk to the fabric. After use, you can brush off or iron off the chalk. The WHITE POUNCE PAD is good for medium to dark fabrics, while the BLUE POUNCE PAD is effective to use with light coloured fabrics or very dark fabrics.
The Full Line Stencils are designed especially for use with the Pounce Pads - because the stencil material is nylon mesh open only on the lines of the design, the powder goes right through to the quilt top. Just lightly pounce the pad to release the chalk, then a few swipes to push the chalk into the fabric - easy, quick and perfect every time!!!!!
